Experience with Akamai security solutions such as:

• WAF;
• Bot Manager Premiere;
• Account Protector;
• Client-Side protector & Compliance;
• Security Policies;
• Experience in Api Security;
• Experience in supporting security incidents and escalation;
• Have a solid understanding and interest in internet technologies and fundamental protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS and HTTP;
• Have experience and familiarity with some combination of intrusion detection systems, layer 374/7 firewalls, incident response;
• Familiarity in Zscaler product and configurations.

Leading the maintenance, improvement, and implementation of cyber security capabilities in Akamai, our content delivery and security platform for all e-commerce websites and public services offered through APIs. Akamai serves as the first and most critical security layer, protecting the company from cyber-attacks, such as: vulnerability exploitation, account takeovers, injection of malicious components in customers’ browsers which impacts the user experience, threats aimed at business continuity, including denial-of-service attacks. Daily maintenance is required for these security layers to refine and adapt them, as malicious actors continually evolve their techniques. Fine-tuning protection mechanisms for events like sales seasons, and product launches of brands. Assessing Akamai's API Security solution Managing our Secure Internet Access solution (Zscaler), which protects employees' and contractors' laptops by acting as a smart filter for internet traffic, preventing contact with malicious sites.

• Experience on L3 firewall management (Checkpoint);
• Knowledge of modern privileged access management solutions;
• Knowledge of 2FA tools;
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, Dynatrace).
