SERVICE MANAGER

Overview

We are looking professionals for the role of Service Manager to define, manage and coordinate the delivery of IT services, with the goal of meeting business needs. Specifically, we require proven experience in IT Service Management processes.

Responsible For
  • Manage the process of mapping business services;
  • Lead the strategy, design e implementation of the service;
  • Manage the activities of collecting, analysing and presenting data of IT services;
  • Carry out the reporting activities related to service management;
  • Improve processes for identifying, analysing and resolving recurring problems in the IT infrastructure;
  • Improve critical incidents management;
  • Meet with different units to identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Customize ServiceNow tool to fit specific business needs.
Education Level

Information Technology or Management Technology Degree.
