PROBLEM MANAGER

Overview

We are looking professionals for the role of Problem Manager to efficiently manage and coordinate the problem lifecycle on IT services through the implementation of permanent solutions. Specifically, we require proven experience in IT Service Management processes.

Specific Skills
  • Experience in leadership and coordination roles;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Team-work oriented and and strong leadership skills;
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
Responsible For
  • Lead and promote the problem management process;
  • Monitor that all technical teams (internal and external) comply with the problem management process;
  • Assume the role of primary contact for escalation management of recorded problems;
  • Report any post-incident resolution issues to relevant channels;
  • Manage and update the database of recorded problems.
Education Level

Information Technology or Management Technology Degree.
