Required technical skills
- Proven experience with SharePoint (Online / On-Premise) and Teams
- Power Automate – key (mandatory) requirement
Advanced experience with Power Automate, including the design and supervision of medium–high complexity flows, such as:
- Complex multi-step and multi-branch workflows
- integration with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and other standard connectors
- Structured management of error handling, retries, logging, and monitoring
- Ability to define guidelines and best practices for process automation
Analysis, DevOps, and governance activities (mandatory)
- Understand and take over the functional and data analysis provided by the Business Analyst
- Translate the BA’s analysis into technical analysis and implementation solutions
- Create and maintain the project backlog on Azure DevOps, including:
- User stories
- Technical tasks
- Estimates and dependencies
- Review technical solutions developed by the team
- Support the Project Manager / Management in technical governance by contributing to:
- Architectural decisions
- Technical impact assessments
- Alignment between requirements, solution, and roadmap
Nice to have
- Experience with Power Apps
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JSON for advanced customizations
- Experience in complex enterprise or document management environments
